1 capsicum, 1 onion, 3 to 4 garlic cloves, cabbage, 1 grated carrot Soya sauce 1 cup basmati rice Vinegar Garam masala Chilli sauce Ketchup Schezwan chutney Soya sauce French beans
1. In a pan add some oil. Then add garlic's, onion and other vegetables. Saute it well till it is cooked. Add salt taste-wise. 2. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and schezwan chutney and garam masala. Cook it well for 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Add basmati rice and stir it well. 4. Add French beans and serve hot!
